Around 2,000 years ago, Jehovah performed a miracle using his holy spirit to transfer the life of Jesus from heaven into the womb of a young virgin named Mary, thus leading to Jesus being born as a human. Jesus came to earth as the promised Messiah or Christ, with the mission to save humanity. (Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania, 2021, pp. 63-65)
Luke 1:34,35, “But Mary said to the angel: “How is this to be, since I am not having sexual relations with a man?” In answer the angel said to her: “Holy spirit will come upon you, and power of the Most High will overshadow you, And for that reason the one who is born will be called holy, God’s Son.” (Luke 1:34,35, New World Translation)

The Bible contains numerous prophecies that help identify the chosen Messiah, appointed by God to rescue humankind (Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania, 2021, pp. 63-65).
Was this prophecy fulfilled by the birth of Jesus?
Micah 5:2, “And you, O Beth’lehem Eph’rathah, The one too little to be among the thousands of Judah, From you will come out for me the one to be ruler in Israel, Whose origin is from ancient times, from the days of long ago.” (Micah 5:2, New World Translation)
Matthew 2:1, “After Jesus had been born in Beth’lehem of Jude’a in the days of Herod the king, look! astrologers from the East came to Jerusalem,…” (Matthew 2:1, New World Translation)

Were these two prophecies realized?
Psalms 34:20, “He is guarding all his bones; Not one of them has been broken.” (Psalms 34:20, New World Translation)
Zechariah 12:10, “I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of favor and supplication, and they will look to the one whom they pierced, and they will wail over him as they would wail over an only son; and they will grieve bitterly over him as they would grieve over a firstborn son.” (Zechariah 12:10, New World Translation)
John 19:33-37, “But on coming to Jesus, they saw that he was already dead, so they did not break his legs. But one of the soldiers jabbed his side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out. And the one who has seen it has given this witness, and his witness is true, and he knows that what he says is true, so that you also may believe. In fact, these things took place for the scripture to be fulfilled: “Not a bone of his will be broken.” And again, a different scripture says: “They will look to the one whom they pierced.” (John 19:33-37, New World Translation)

After Jesus concluded his human life, he was resurrected as a spirit and returned to heaven. In that realm, Jehovah, God exalted him to a position of superior authority. Now, Jesus holds a position of great authority, second only to God Himself (Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania, 2021, pp. 63-65).
Philippians 2:9, “For this very reason, God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every other name,…” (Philippians 2:9, New World Translation)
