God's awareness encompasses everything without exception. Even when others may overlook or fail to comprehend our sufferings, He remains fully cognizant of them. (Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., 2018, pp. 4-9).
1 Peter 3:12, “For the eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous, and his ears listen to their supplication, but the face of Jehovah is against those doing bad things. (1 Peter 3:12, New World Translation)
Psalms 32:8, “I will give you insight and instruct you in the way you should go. I will give you advice with my eye upon you.” (Psalms 32:8, New World Translation)

Surely, the Creator of such remarkable genetic material possesses an unparalleled understanding of each individual's composition. This sentiment was articulated by the psalmist David in Chapter 139 of the book of Psalms (Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., 2018, pp. 4-9).
Only God possesses the knowledge and comprehension to fully understand not just our genetic composition, but also every life event that has influenced our being. His exceptional understanding of us, including our genetic makeup, provides assurance that He comprehends every intricacy of our existence (Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., 2018, pp. 4-9).
Psalms 139:13-16, “For you produced my kidneys; You kept me screened off in my mother’s womb. I praise you because in an awe-inspiring way I am wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, I know this very well. My bones were not hidden from you When I was made in secret, When I was woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes even saw me as an embryo; All its parts were written in your book Regarding the days when they were formed, Before any of them existed.” (Psalms 139:13-16, New World Translation)

Jehovah is mindful of our deepest emotions and even “discerns every inclination of the thoughts.” (Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., 2018, pp. 4-9).
Psalms 139: 1,2 & 4, “O Jehovah, you have searched through me, and you know me. You know when I sit down when I rise up. You discern my thoughts from afar. There is not a word on my tongue, But look! O Jehovah, you already know it well.” (Psalms 139:1,2 & 4, New World Translation)

The following verses below suggest that while we may not verbalize all our prayerful thoughts and feelings, our Creator not only observes our actions but also understands our sincere intentions, even if our limitations hinder us from fully expressing them (Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., 2018, pp. 4-9).
Surely, since God instilled love within us initially, He is willing—perhaps even eager—to perceive and comprehend our loving thoughts and motivations (Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., 2018, pp. 4-9).
1 Chronicles 28:9, “And you, Sol’omon my son, know the God of your father and serve him with a complete heart and with a delightful soul, for Jehovah searches through all hearts, and he discerns every inclination of the thoughts. If you search for him, he will let himself be found by you, but if you leave him, he will reject you forever.” (1 Chronicles 28:9, New World Translation)
1 Samuel 16:6,7, “As they came in and he saw Eli’ab, he said: “Surely here before Jehovah stands his anointed one.” But Jehovah said to Samuel: “Do not pay attention to his appearance and how tall he is, for I have rejected him. For the way man sees is not the way God sees, because mere man sees what appears to the eyes, but Jehovah sees into the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:6,7, New World Translation)
1 John 4:7-10, “Whoever does not love has not come to know God, because God is love. By this the love of God was revealed in our case, that God sent his only begotten son into the world so that we might gain life through him. The love is in this respect, not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a propitiatory sacrifice for our sins.” (1 John 4:7-10, New World Translation)
